DELIVERY & SERVICE AREA
Do you deliver to my area?
We are based in Michigan City, Indiana and deliver to the following nearby beach towns:
Beverly Shores, Michigan City, Long Beach, Michiana Shores, Grand Beach, New Buffalo, Union Pier, Lakeside, Harbert, Sawyer, and Three Oaks.
Please note: We are unable to deliver to certain neighborhoods due to local restrictions, including:
• Beachwalk (Michigan City, IN) – community-provided carts only
• Gowdy Shores (Union Pier, MI) – golf cart/LSV use not permitted

Can I pick up my rental?
No. All rentals are delivered directly to your home or vacation rental and picked up after your stay.
Can I get my cart delivered earlier than 4pm?
Our standard delivery window is between 4–6pm central time (after check-in).
Earlier delivery may be available depending on our schedule, but is not guaranteed.

How will I know when you’re arriving?
You will receive a text the day of delivery to coordinate timing within your delivery window.
RENTAL DETAILS
Do you offer daily rentals?
No—there is a minimum rental period.
• 2-day minimum (most of the season)

Do you offer golf carts rentals?
No. We specialize in premium street-legal LSV carts (Low Speed Vehicles), not traditional golf carts. Our carts are fully equipped, plated, and insured for road use.
Where can I drive the LSV?
LSV carts may only be operated on roads with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less.

Do I need to charge the cart?
Yes. A 30ft charging cord is included and plugs into any standard outdoor outlet.
You are responsible for keeping the cart charged during your rental and fully charged prior to pickup.

How many people can ride in the cart?
Each passenger must have their own seat and seatbelt.
• 4-seat cart = 4 people maximum
• 6-seat cart = 6 people maximum
Children count as passengers. Lap seating is not permitted.

Can other people drive the cart?
Yes. All drivers must:
• Be at least 25 years old
• Provide us with a valid driver’s license
The renter is responsible for all drivers during the rental period.
